Return Policy
If within 14 days of delivery you change your mind, we are happy to accept returns.
Please note that there are a couple of rules for returns -
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- We are only able to accept returns on items if they are sent back unworn, unwashed, and undamaged in their original packaging. If the item is not sent back in its original condition, unfortunately, we will not accept the return.
- Shipping cost: The original shipping cost is non-refundable. The buyer will pay the return shipping cost, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Engraved pieces are non-returnable/ non-refundable unless they were received faulty as we have customized the pieces, especially for you.
- On sale items are non-returnable/non-refundable.
- Bundled items have to be returned in full. Please note that if you purchased a bundle, you need to return all items in the bundle to receive a refund.
DEDUET reserves the right to deny a return if the item returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
To request a return, please email return@deduet.com with your proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number). Please expect 1-3 business days to get a response from us regarding your request.
Exchange Policy
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges; However, if you want a different size or style, please return the items by following the instructions listed above and place an order with the style you want.
Faulty & Defective Item
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us - ask@deduet.com - with your proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number) immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. However, we are not responsible for items that have tarnished due to exposure to water or other liquids. Please read our 'Jewelry Care' page to learn how to keep your jewelry in good condition.
Order Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled, you will get a full refund. Kindly note that as we work hard to get your order shipped out as quickly as possible, we may not be able to cancel your order upon request.
Refund
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10-14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
